Can You Get These Benefits From Turmeric Tea or Food?

Very unlikely at practical quantities. The curcumin content of turmeric powder is only 2–5%, and even that small fraction is poorly absorbed without the bioavailability enhancement of nanotechnology, piperine (black pepper extract), or lipid-based delivery systems.
